December 2011 - 15 Members of the Diaspora in Malawi and Zambia arrived in Rwanda on the 20th of December to take part in the ‘Come and See, Go and Tell program run by MIDIMAR.
The group, which was transported to Rwanda, via Tanzania, by Taqwa bus, was accompanied by MIDIMAR staff members on a tour of the country from the 26 to the 28 of December. The program, which allows Rwandan refugees and members of the Diaspora to see for themselves the real situation in Rwanda, ensured that the group visited Muhanga, Huya, Musanze, Rubavu and Kigali city.
