In her opening word of circumstance, Honorable Seraphine MUKANTABANA, reminded that the awful circumstances that led to a conviction that Tutsi were for nothing better than killing is not only worth of remembering because it is a sine qua nun condition for Rwandans to hope for a complete recovery. She observed also that this a subject that our sight can never lose if we want to build up systems that can sustainably prevent such appalling events in our society's history.
